- Program Availability and Costs: Programs, fees, and associated costs are subject to change based on institutional policies and academic board approvals. Always refer to the Tuition and Fees Schedule for the most up-to-date information.
- Refunds and Withdrawals: Information on AVC’s refund policy is available here. Students withdrawing from courses should review this policy to understand eligibility for tuition refunds.
- Transfer Credit Fees: Additional fees apply for credit evaluations and transfer credit applications through our Experience-Based Credit (EBC) and Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) services.
Payment Policies
Payment for tuition and fees must be made by the deadline specified for each term. Failure to submit payment may result in a restriction of access to courses, resources, and academic services. AVC offers several payment plan options to help students manage their expenses.
