Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Allegheny Valley College’s (“Allegheny Valley College,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, online platforms, or any associated services (collectively, “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
Modification of Terms
Allegheny Valley College reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Payment and Account Status

Upon termination, your right to access Allegheny Valley College’s Services will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
